What Is Coaching?

Coaching is a learning approach that creates self-awareness, helps drive transformational change, and provides critical challenge and support for people looking to take their life or their career to the next level by achieving a goal or overcoming a challenge. Coaches guide new learning, enhance motivation, and provide ongoing support to their clients. A strong, collaborative partnership is foundational to the coaching process, which helps clients clarify goals, leverage strengths, and develop action plans that lead to personal growth and positive change. Coaches are skilled listeners and experts at asking questions that promote self awareness and motivate clients to take action.

What does a Coach do?

  • Listen, ask focused questions, reflect-back, challenge, and acknowledge

  • Promote intentional thought, build awareness, and encourage positive behavior change.

  • Apply enough dynamic tension to illicit growth, development, and positive behavior change.

  • Facilitate meaningful client action plans and hold them rigorously accountable to meeting their self-created goals.

What is my Coaching style?

Since the coach-client relationship is foundational in coaching, it’s important that you find a coach who has a style with which you can connect. Here are some descriptors about my coaching style:

  • I coach people - not problems.

  • You have the answers inside of you - my role is to help you pull them out and put them into action.

  • I listen way more than I talk

  • I keep the focus on where you’re going, not where you’ve been. The best is yet to come.

  • Growth happens outside of your comfort zone.

  • Self-discovery is an adventure - embrace it and have fun with it.

My goal for each coaching session is to have clients leave with vision, feeling heard, empowered, confident, and motivated to crush your goal (s).

    A bundle of five coaching sessions by phone or video call.

    Session Length: 1 hour

  • 10 Session Package

    A bundle of ten coaching session by phone or video call.

    Session Length: 1 hour

    If you’re ALL IN on making a change, I’m ALL IN with this package. This 3 month all inclusive coaching cycle includes:

    90 minute initial goal setting session

    6 X 1 hour bi-weekly coaching sessions

    Capstone adventure experience
